Dr. Ram Peddada's ophthalmology practice is typically limited to retina. Unless you have been previously diagnosed with a retinal condition, as a potential new patient, you should be referred by a primary eye doctor or a medical doctor.

Upon arrival at our clinic all patients must:

• Complete necessary paperwork including medical history
• Present ID
• Present Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance card, or make payment for any outstanding balance
• Bring any eye drops being used
• Have both eyes dilated
• Have a driver to take the patient home
• Be prepared to have blurred vision for the rest of the day
